Refund policy

For contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to state a reason for their decision. The withdrawal from the order/contract must be sent in writing to the address DEEO d.o.o., Gornji Črnci 26, 9261 Cankova, or by email to klaraspompom@gmail.com.

The only cost borne by the consumer in relation to withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. All products purchased from the provider at www.klaraspompom.com are of such a nature that they can be returned by mail. Please notify us in writing of your intention to return the item by contacting us at klaraspompom@gmail.com.

The consumer must return the goods within 30 days of notifying us of their intent to withdraw from the contract. The company must refund the payment as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract.

The goods received must be returned by the buyer undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods were destroyed, spoiled, lost, or their quantity was reduced through no fault of the consumer.
