Refunds

In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to inform the company that he withdraws from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. Withdrawal from the order/contract must be sent in writing to DEEO d.o.o., Gornji Črnci 26, 9261 Cankova or by e-mail to klaraspompom@gmail.com.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. All products purchased from www.klaraspompom.com are of such a nature that they can be returned by mail. Please notify us in writing of your intended return to the contact email address klaraspompom@gmail.com

The consumer must return the goods within 30 days of the communicated intention to withdraw from the contract. The company must refund payments as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The customer must return the goods received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.
